What we build, and the team who builds it

BtechWaleTech is run by three Computer Science engineers in India who work remotely with clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE and India. Here is the work we take on, how it is built, and who is behind each part of it. The work spans websites, Android and iOS apps, SEO and AI automation.

The three of us

BtechWaleTech is a freelance group of three Computer Science engineers. No account managers, no layers. The person you brief is the person who builds it.

Ankur Kumar

Full stack developer

B.Tech, Computer Science and Engineering

Handles both ends of the build: frontend interfaces and the backend, databases, and APIs underneath them. Takes a page structure through to a working, responsive site or web application, then deploys it with hosting, domains, and production checks in place.

How a three-person team works on your project

Between the three of us the work splits naturally: structure and search planning first, then the build, then the software or automation layer where a project needs one. Because the group is small, that handover happens in a conversation rather than a ticketing system, and nothing gets lost between departments that do not exist.

It also sets an honest boundary. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, and we say so when we are full rather than accepting work and delivering it late. If a project needs a specialism outside what the three of us do well, the right answer is to tell you that at the start.

What you get working with a small team

Direct contact with whoever is writing the code, decisions in hours instead of weeks, and pricing without an office overhead built into it. A static website starting from ₹10,000 (US$150) means you can test how we work on a small scope before committing to anything larger, wherever your business is based.

You also keep everything. Code, content, domain, and hosting accounts are yours once the final payment clears, with no lock-in forcing you to stay for updates. See pricing for how scope drives cost.

The kinds of projects we build

What each project type actually involves, in terms of scope and technology rather than vague claims.

Static, up to 100 pages

Business and service websites

Multi-page sites for businesses that need to be found and contacted. Typically a homepage, individual service pages rather than one combined list, an about page carrying credibility, location pages where local search matters, and contact paths that work on a phone. Built static so pages load fast and stay cheap to host.

  • Astro static build
  • Semantic HTML and schema
  • Sitemap and canonical setup
  • Contact and enquiry forms

700+ structured pages

SEO content sites

Sites where the page structure is the strategy. Service pages crossed with location pages, each written for one search intent rather than duplicated with a name swapped, connected by internal links and supported by schema. This site itself is built that way, with a hub for IT services and pages for individual states and cities.

  • Keyword and intent mapping
  • Hub and spoke structure
  • FAQ and breadcrumb schema
  • Search Console setup

Storefront and checkout

Ecommerce stores

Product and category structures, payment gateway integration, cart and checkout flow, order and inventory basics, and product schema so listings can appear correctly in search results. Performance work matters most here, because slow product pages on mobile data cost orders directly.

  • Product and category pages
  • Payment gateway setup
  • Product schema
  • Speed optimisation

Custom web applications

Dashboards and internal tools

Admin panels, customer portals, quotation systems, booking flows, and inventory views built around an existing workflow instead of forcing a team onto generic software. Includes user accounts and roles, a database layer, and a handover so the tool can be maintained after launch.

  • User accounts and roles
  • Database and API layer
  • Admin interfaces
  • Deployment and handover

Workflow systems

AI automation and agents

Automations connecting the tools a business already uses so enquiries get logged, acknowledged, and reported without manual copying. AI agents handle the steps needing judgement, such as sorting incoming messages, drafting replies, or extracting details from documents into a structured format.

  • Workflow mapping
  • CRM and form integrations
  • AI agent build
  • Testing and monitoring

Dashboards and pipelines

Data analysis and reporting

Cleaning and joining data that lives across several spreadsheets and tools, automating the repetitive steps, and building reporting that answers recurring questions: what sold, what is pending, where enquiries come from, and what changed since last month.

  • Data cleaning and merging
  • Spreadsheet automation
  • Dashboards
  • Scheduled reporting

Featured Projects

Baithak: live webinar registration page (client project)

A recent client build for a course creator's live webinar. The Hindi and English registration page sells seats in two ticket tiers with UPI, card and net banking checkout, counts down to the session with a seats-left banner, and confirms every booking on WhatsApp, where the join link is sent before the session starts. It also covers what attendees will learn, the session schedule, the host, reviews and FAQs, laid out mobile-first for buyers who arrive from WhatsApp links.

This website is the working sample

Rather than list client logos we cannot evidence, the most useful sample is the site you are reading. It is a static Astro build that ships plain HTML, with a structured architecture covering service pages, an IT services hub, and individual pages for states and cities across India, all connected by internal links.

Underneath it there is breadcrumb, FAQ, organisation, and service schema, canonical URLs on every page, an automatically generated XML sitemap, mobile-first responsive layouts, and deployment on Cloudflare Pages. You can inspect any of it: view the source of the Bengaluru IT services page and you will see the same structure we would build for you.

Beyond this site, work samples relevant to your project type can be shared directly once we know what you are planning. If a past client has agreed to be referenced, we mention it in conversation rather than publishing claims here.

How to judge any developer portfolio

Open a site they built on your phone and time it. Check whether the pages have distinct titles, whether headings describe the content, and whether the site is genuinely readable on a small screen. Search a phrase from their client site in Google and see whether it is indexed at all.

Those four checks tell you more than any gallery of screenshots, and they work on our sites too. Apply them here before you contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind BtechWaleTech?

Three Computer Science engineers: Ankur Kumar, Santosh Sharma and Vedansh Shrivastava, all B.Tech CSE graduates. It is a small freelance group, so you talk directly to the people building your project.

Can I see examples of your work?

This website is itself a working example: a static Astro build with a structured multi-page architecture, schema markup, sitemaps, and internal linking across service and location pages. Beyond that, relevant work samples can be shared on request once we know what type of project you have in mind.

Why does this page not list client names?

Because we will not publish client names, logos, or results we cannot evidence, and we would rather show you what we can actually build than pad a page with borrowed credibility. Where a client has agreed to be referenced, we share that directly during a conversation.

You are a young team. Why should I hire you?

For the same reason people hire small teams generally: you deal directly with the person writing the code, decisions happen in hours instead of weeks, and pricing is not carrying office overhead. A static website starting from ₹10,000 (US$150) lets you test the working relationship on a small scope before committing to anything bigger; the final quote depends on your pages, features and content.

Do you take on projects from outside India?

Yes. We are based in India and work remotely with clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Singapore and Europe as well as India. Calls are scheduled in your business hours, international work is quoted in USD and paid by wire, Wise or PayPal, and you own the code, domain and hosting accounts from launch.

Do you handle the project end to end?

Yes. Between the three of us we cover planning, design, frontend and backend development, SEO setup, hosting, and deployment, so nothing gets handed off to an outside supplier mid-project. After hosting goes live you get 2 months of maintenance included free, covering updates, bug fixes, backups, and performance checks.

What technology do you build with?

Static sites are built with Astro, producing plain HTML that loads fast and is easy for search engines to crawl. Dynamic work uses standard web application stacks with a database layer and APIs. Hosting is usually on modern platforms such as Cloudflare Pages, and everything is handed over in accounts you own.

How do I start a project?

Email info@btechwaletech.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 62069 86683 with your goal, the type of project, a rough timeline, and any existing website. You get a scope summary and an itemised estimate rather than a sales call.
