What does a small business website cost, in India or abroad?
A clean static website of up to 100 pages starts from ₹10,000 in India or US$150 for international clients, and a 299+ page SEO website built from design to deployment starts from ₹20,000 (US$300). Most small business owners land somewhere between those two numbers. The final figure depends on how many pages you need, whether the content is written for you, and how many custom features sit behind the design.
Why do quotes for the same website vary so much?
Because the word website covers a five page brochure and a fifty page portal with a booking engine. Ask any quote to name the page count, who writes the content, whether SEO setup is included, who pays for hosting, and what happens after launch. Once those five things are fixed, quotes become comparable and the differences make sense.
Is the two months of free maintenance really free?
Yes. Once your site is hosted and live, we cover content updates, bug fixes, security patches, backups, and uptime and speed checks for two months at no extra charge. It is part of the project price, not an add on. After that period maintenance continues from ₹8,000 (US$120) per month, and you are free to stop at any time.
What do I have to pay for separately?
Domain registration, hosting or cloud usage, any paid third party tool you choose, premium stock photography or fonts, and advertising budget if you run paid campaigns. These are billed by the providers directly so you keep ownership and control. We help you pick sensible low cost options and set everything up as part of the project.
How does payment work across a project?
We split the fee into milestones tied to visible progress. A booking amount to start planning and design, a middle payment when the main build is working and you can click through it, and the balance before we deploy to your live domain. Smaller projects often use two milestones instead of three. Everything is agreed in writing first.
How much does SEO cost per month?
Monthly SEO starts from ₹10,000 per month in India or US$150 per month for international clients, and covers technical fixes, on page work, content planning, and reporting. The right budget depends on how competitive your keywords are and how many pages need attention. SEO is a compounding effort, so a smaller monthly commitment held for a year usually beats a large one abandoned after two months.
Can I start small and add features later?
That is usually the cheapest path. Launch a focused site that does one job well, watch what visitors actually do, then spend the next round of budget on the parts that showed demand. Building everything upfront means paying to guess. We plan the structure so later additions do not require a rebuild.
Why are there two prices, in INR and USD?
INR prices are for clients in India. USD prices are our international prices for clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, Europe and everywhere else. The USD figure is a set price, not a live currency conversion, so it does not move with the exchange rate between your enquiry and your invoice. Both are starting prices: the final quote depends on pages, features, integrations and content.
How do international clients pay?
International projects are invoiced in USD, or in GBP, CAD, AUD, AED, SGD or EUR on request, and paid by bank wire, Wise or PayPal. Clients in India pay in INR by UPI or bank transfer. The milestone split is the same everywhere: a deposit to start, a payment at staging review, and the balance before go-live.
Do you work in my time zone?
We work from India (IST) and keep a fixed overlap window for each region: US Eastern mornings, the UK and European business day from late morning, Australian afternoons, and most of the working day for the UAE and Singapore. Written updates and a shared staging link keep work moving between calls, and the time zone difference does not change the price.
Do international clients own the code and accounts too?
Yes, on exactly the same terms as clients in India. The domain, hosting, repository, analytics and every credential sit in accounts registered to you, and you receive the source code and deployment notes at handover. Nothing about working with a team in another country locks you in.
