A factory town that sits on Delhi's doorstep
Bahadurgarh sits roughly 21 km from the Delhi border in Jhajjar district, and its growth has followed that closeness. Units that could not find affordable land inside Delhi moved to the Modern Industrial Estate, then to the HSIIDC sectors, and later to the planned Footwear Park in Sector 17. The Green Line of the Delhi Metro reached the town in 2018, so workers, buyers and suppliers can now move between West Delhi and Bahadurgarh without touching the highway traffic.
That position shapes how local businesses win orders. A footwear buyer from Kolkata, a packaging buyer from Punjab or a distributor from Uttar Pradesh rarely searches for “Bahadurgarh”. They search for the product, compare two or three suppliers online and then call the one that looks organised. Firms with a clear website, real photographs and an easy way to ask for rates get that call.
The town's own population has also grown. New sectors, plotted colonies and group housing projects along Jhajjar Road have brought families who shop, study and see doctors locally but search the way people in Dwarka or Rohini do: on phones, in Hinglish, with Google Maps open.
So a Bahadurgarh website usually has one of two jobs. For a manufacturer it must convince a distant buyer. For a shop, school or clinic it must win the nearby search. We plan the pages around whichever job matters to you.
The HSIIDC Footwear Park in Sector 17 covers about 316 acres on the Delhi–Rohtak highway, with plots ranging from small 450 square metre sheds to large units. Bahadurgarh is widely known for non-leather footwear such as PU and EVA slippers, sandals, school shoes and sports shoes, along with sole and component makers who supply them.
Footwear trade runs on article numbers, size runs, colours and cartons. A distributor wants to see the article, the size set packed in each carton, the price band, the MOQ and when stock will ship. Most unit websites we see show a slideshow of shoes and a phone number, which forces the buyer to call just to learn basics.
We build catalogue sites where each article has its own page with photographs from several angles, material notes for upper and sole, available colours, size range, carton packing and a quote button that opens WhatsApp with the article number already typed. Seasonal ranges can be switched on and off without deleting old pages, so search visibility built last year is not thrown away.
For component makers, such as sole, insole, adhesive or packaging suppliers, the site is organised by specification instead of style. Buyers from other clusters in Agra, Delhi or Kanpur can find you by the component they need, and your enquiries come to you directly rather than through a marketplace that sells the same lead to five rivals.
MIE and HSIIDC manufacturers: proving capacity to a buyer you have never met
Modern Industrial Estate Parts I and II and the HSIIDC Sectors 16 and 17 house a wide mix of units: plastics and moulding, packaging, ceramics and building materials, food processing, engineering and fabrication, and suppliers who serve larger plants in the region. Well-known brands have set up here, and so have hundreds of smaller firms that supply them.
For a small or mid-sized unit, the website is often checked by a purchase manager before a vendor registration or a first trial order. That person wants to know what machines you run, what capacities and tolerances you can hold, which certifications you have, which industries you already supply and how quickly you respond. Vague lines like “quality products at best prices” do not help.
We write capability pages from your machine list, your product drawings and a call with your production head. Each product family gets a page with sizes, materials, applications and packing. An RFQ form asks for quantity, drawing upload and delivery location, and sends it to your email and WhatsApp together. Downloadable company profiles and certificates can sit behind a simple form so you learn who is reading them.
A 299+ page SEO site, starting at ₹20,000, suits units with many product variants. Smaller units can start with a static site from ₹10,000 and add pages later without rebuilding.
Website cost in Bahadurgarh, spelled out
Quotes in Bahadurgarh can range from a few thousand rupees for a copied template to lakhs from an agency in Delhi. Neither number tells you what you actually get. We publish starting prices on our pricing page and explain what moves the final figure: the number of pages and products, custom features, integrations and how much content you can supply.
Our starting points are these. A static site of up to 100 pages starts at ₹10,000 and takes one to two weeks. An SEO site of 299+ pages, useful for footwear articles or industrial products, starts at ₹20,000 and takes three to five weeks. AI and WhatsApp automation starts at ₹40,000, an online store at ₹50,000 and a custom web application such as a dealer portal at ₹60,000. Monthly SEO starts at ₹10,000.
The quote arrives in about two working days and lists each page and feature separately, so you can remove what you do not need. Nothing is billed until you approve it in writing.
- Business website, from ₹10,000: up to 100 pages, mobile-first, Google Maps, WhatsApp button, basic SEO setup.
- Article or product catalogue, from ₹20,000: 299+ pages built around product searches.
- WhatsApp and AI automation, from ₹40,000: enquiry logging, auto-replies, order capture.
- Online store, from ₹50,000: sizes, colours, UPI and card checkout, courier integration.
- Dealer portal or custom software, from ₹60,000: logins, rate lists, repeat orders, ledgers.
Warehouses, transporters and firms along the expressways
With NH 9 running through town, the Western Peripheral (KMP) Expressway passing nearby and the Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway starting close by, Bahadurgarh has become a natural base for warehousing, transport and distribution for companies serving the NCR and north India. Leasing agents, transport contractors, packers and movers and third-party logistics firms all compete for the same enterprise clients.
Those clients shortlist online. A logistics head in Gurugram comparing warehouse options wants to see floor area, clear height, dock count, fire safety, power backup, distance to the expressways and available space dates. A transport contractor is judged on fleet size, routes, GPS tracking and references.
We build straightforward sites for these firms with a spec sheet for each facility or service, location maps with drive times, photographs and an enquiry form that captures area needed, move-in date and type of goods. For operators who handle many client enquiries, we can add a simple dashboard that tracks each lead from first message to site visit to agreement.
Local SEO in Bahadurgarh: map pack, Hinglish and the Delhi overlap
Local search in Bahadurgarh has a twist. Because the town borders West Delhi, Google often mixes Delhi businesses into results for searches like “dentist near me” or “interior designer Bahadurgarh”. A local clinic or shop needs a complete Google Business Profile, steady genuine reviews and a website that names the sectors and colonies it serves, or it gets crowded out by larger Delhi listings.
People here search in a mix of Hindi and English: “Bahadurgarh me school admission”, “Sector 6 ke paas clinic”, “Omaxe City property dealer”, “chappal factory Bahadurgarh wholesale”. We write pages in the words customers actually type, with Devanagari where it reads better and plain Hinglish elsewhere.
Our SEO service covers the profile, reviews, location pages for the areas you truly serve, consistent listings on Justdial and IndiaMART, and technical basics like page speed on mobile data. Monthly SEO starts at ₹10,000 with a short report you can read in five minutes. We never promise first position; we show you which searches are moving and why.
- Google Business Profile category, photos, products and weekly posts
- Review requests sent after a visit or delivery, never bought reviews
- Pages for real service areas such as Sector 6, Jhajjar Road and Omaxe City
- Product pages aimed at buyers across India, not only local searches
Schools, hospitals, property dealers and new residential sectors
Bahadurgarh has dozens of CBSE and state board schools, PDM University, the Haryana Institute of Technology and many coaching centres preparing students for competitive exams, government jobs and defence recruitment. Admission season brings a burst of searches, and parents compare fee structures, transport routes and results on their phones before visiting.
Schools and coaching centres need pages for each class or batch, a fee and transport section, a results page with permission-cleared photos and an enquiry form that reaches the admission desk on WhatsApp. Hospitals and clinics need doctor profiles, OPD timings, specialities and an appointment request that does not depend on someone answering the landline.
Real estate is another active area. Plotted developments and group housing along Jhajjar Road and around the metro stations draw buyers from West Delhi. Property dealers and builders need listings with location, size, price range and legal status, and a way to capture site visit requests. We build these with care about claims: no promised returns, no invented approvals, only what you can document.
WhatsApp and AI automation for factory sales desks
At a typical Bahadurgarh footwear or plastics unit, the sales manager's phone is the order system. Distributors send photos of articles they want, transporters send lorry receipts, and new buyers ask the same five questions about price, MOQ and delivery. Orders slip through, and nobody can say how many enquiries arrived last month or how many were converted.
We connect your WhatsApp Business number and website forms to a shared sheet or a simple CRM. An AI assistant, trained only on the information you approve, can answer routine questions about article availability, MOQ, carton sizes and dispatch days in Hindi or English, collect the buyer's city and GST details, and hand the conversation to a person when it turns into negotiation. Dealer orders typed as messages can be turned into a clean order list for the godown.
Automation starts at ₹40,000. Another of us, who handles our AI and data work, maps your current flow first and suggests only what saves real hours. Rate negotiations, payment follow-ups and complaints stay with your team. If a process is too irregular to automate safely, we tell you that instead of selling it.
Some Bahadurgarh units have started their own consumer brands alongside wholesale, selling on marketplaces and on their own stores. Marketplace fees and return rates for footwear are high, which is why a direct store with its own customers is worth building, even if it starts small.
A footwear store has particular needs. Size charts must be honest and specific to the last used. Photos must show the sole, the stitching and the shoe on a foot. Variants for size and colour must track stock correctly so the site never sells a size that is not in the godown. Exchange rules for wrong size must be simple, because that is the main reason customers hesitate.
We build stores with UPI and Razorpay checkout, courier integration, order alerts on WhatsApp and a size exchange flow. Stores start at ₹50,000 and usually take four to eight weeks, depending on the number of articles and how ready your photos are.
How a remote team works with a Bahadurgarh owner
We do not have an office in Bahadurgarh or in Delhi, and we will not list a fake address. We are three engineers who work remotely for businesses across India. One of us builds the full-stack side. Another of us handles AI, machine learning, AWS and data. The third of us runs projects and works on data science and automation.
The work runs on WhatsApp, phone calls and screen sharing. We start with a conversation about your products and buyers, send a page plan and itemised quote, and share a preview link within the first week or two that you can open on your phone. Photos of articles, machines or your premises can be sent straight from your phone. Changes are listed in one chat thread so nothing is forgotten.
We work on IST and reply seven days a week. Many Bahadurgarh owners review drafts on Sunday, when the factory is quieter, and that suits us fine. You can contact us here.
You own everything, and maintenance is free for two months
We have met Bahadurgarh firms who could not update their own website because an old vendor held the domain, or whose site vanished when a hosting bill went unpaid to someone else's account. We set things up so that cannot happen: the domain and hosting are registered in your company's name, and you receive every login and the full source code at launch.
For the first two months after launch, maintenance costs nothing. That covers adding new articles, changing rates, fixing bugs, security updates, backups and uptime checks. After that, you can continue maintenance from ₹8,000 a month or call us only when you need something. You are free to move to another developer at any point without paying an exit fee.
Details of what each build includes are on our web development page.
Questions to ask any developer before you pay
Whoever you hire, ask four things. Whose name will the domain be in? Will you get the hosting and admin logins? Can you see two live sites they built, opened on your phone over mobile data rather than office Wi-Fi? And what happens, and at what cost, when something breaks four months after launch?
Be wary of anyone promising first position on Google in thirty days. Local map results can improve in a couple of months, but product searches where you compete with factories in Agra, Delhi and Kanpur take longer. Ask instead what basic SEO is included: titles, descriptions, sitemap, Search Console and structured data.
Finally, ask who will write the text. Many Bahadurgarh sites carry placeholder lines for years because the owner was expected to write everything. We draft each page from your catalogue, rate list and a short call, and you correct the details.
