What does app development cost in Bhiwadi, in plain numbers?
With BtechWaleTech, the build of a business app starts at ₹40,000 (US$600). That buys a focused first version: sign-in, a small set of well-made screens for one or two user roles, a back end to store the data, testing on real phones, and publishing on Google Play, the App Store or both in your accounts.
The build is the largest cost but not the only one. Every app also carries store fees paid directly to Google and Apple, hosting paid monthly to a cloud provider, occasional third-party charges such as SMS or WhatsApp messages, and maintenance once the two free months end, starting at ₹8,000/mo. A useful budget covers all four for at least the first year.
- Build: from ₹40,000, one-time, itemised
- Store fees: US$25 once for Google Play; US$99 a year for Apple
- Hosting: monthly, sized to users, photos and data
- Maintenance: free for two months, then from ₹8,000/mo
The rest of this page explains what moves each figure, so the quote you receive after meeting us makes sense line by line. The national picture is on app development cost in India.
Why app development cost in Bhiwadi depends on who the app is for
Most apps built here are working tools, not consumer products, and that changes the budget. Bhiwadi is an industrial town in Khairthal-Tijara district, inside the NCR, where BIDA counts about 14 industrial clusters and roughly 5,000 units, with RIICO estates spreading out to Chopanki, Khushkhera, Kaharani, Pathredi and Tapukara. A typical app request comes from an auto component maker, a metal or plastics unit, an electronics plant, a warehouse or a distributor, and it has a known set of users: supervisors, drivers, salespeople, buyers.
A tool for 40 known users does not need marketing screens, social sign-in, referral schemes or heavy analytics. It does need offline entry, Hindi screens for a workforce drawn from many states, a report the owner trusts, and a link to Tally. So local budgets are spent on reliability and integration rather than polish for strangers.
The other half of the town, the families in the housing along Alwar Bypass Road and the schools, clinics and shops that serve them, commissions public apps. Those need both stores, a clean listing and more attention to first impressions, which shifts where the money goes even when the starting line is the same.
How a one-to-one meeting in Bhiwadi turns an idea into a firm quote
We price apps only after seeing the work, so the process starts with a one-to-one meeting in Bhiwadi. You choose the venue: the plant, the godown, the school office or a quiet place nearby. Send us a date on WhatsApp and we agree a time that works for both sides.
The meeting is essentially a counting exercise. We count the screens the app needs by walking through each task with the person who does it. We count the roles, because each role needs its own permissions and views. We count the systems the app must talk to, and where Tally is involved we like to sit with your accountant for ten minutes to see how entries look today. We count the devices, such as label printers or scanners, and check a few staff phones. And we ask about budget openly, so the first version can be shaped to fit rather than cut down later.
Who should attend
The person who approves the spend, a daily user of the process, and your accountant or IT contact if systems are involved.
Keep ready
Current forms or Excel sheets, a list of software in use, any existing app or website logins, and a budget range.
What you get
An itemised quote in about two working days, with each screen group, integration and store listed separately. More in-person meetings follow at scope sign-off, the staging review and launch training.
What drives app development cost in Bhiwadi?
Seven factors explain almost every difference between a lean quote and a large one. When two quotes for “the same app” differ widely, one of these is usually the reason.
Screens and flows
Each distinct screen is designed, built and tested on several phones. A 10-screen app and a 40-screen app are different projects.
User roles
Operator, supervisor, manager and admin each need their own permissions, menus and reports.
Back end and admin panel
The server, database and web panel your office uses are often half the work, and are sometimes left out of cheap quotes.
Offline sync
Saving entries on the phone and syncing later needs local storage, retry logic and conflict rules.
Integrations
Tally, ERP, payment providers, WhatsApp, maps and SMS each add connection and error-handling work.
Devices
Bluetooth printers, scanners and scales need testing with the exact models you use.
Platforms
A second store adds device testing, review and listing work, though Flutter keeps it far below a second app.
Design style, content writing and data migration from old systems can add smaller lines. Each appears in your quote on its own, so you can drop or postpone it.
Sample scopes: what does a typical Bhiwadi business app cost?
These are illustrative scopes, not client projects, to show how the starting line grows. Every one begins at ₹40,000; what changes is the list of extra lines.
Shop-floor entry app (Android, one plant)
Supervisor login, machine list, output and rejection entry in Hindi, offline save, and a simple web report. Starts at ₹40,000, with offline sync and the report itemised. About 6–8 weeks.
Dealer ordering app (Android and iPhone)
Dealer login, catalogue with prices, order entry, order history, WhatsApp confirmation and an admin panel. Starts at ₹40,000, with the iPhone release, admin panel and WhatsApp alerts as separate lines. About 8–10 weeks.
School parent app (both stores)
Notices, homework, fee dues with UPI links, attendance view and bus timings, plus a staff panel. Starts at ₹40,000, with fee payment and the staff panel itemised. About 8–10 weeks.
Owner dashboard app (iPhone, private)
Six key numbers pulled from Tally and production data, Face ID login, alerts on limits. Starts at ₹40,000, with each data connection itemised. About 5–7 weeks.
If the app is one piece of a larger system, such as an ERP with approvals across plants, the software side starts at ₹60,000; see ERP software for manufacturing in Bhiwadi.
Build for the phones your users actually carry, and use one codebase whenever two platforms are needed. That single decision affects the budget more than any other technical choice.
For staff apps in Bhiwadi, Android alone is usually enough, because supervisors, drivers and salespeople mostly carry Android phones. A native Kotlin app or a Flutter app starts at the same ₹40,000 line. For public apps, or apps that directors and buyers also use, both stores matter, and a Flutter or React Native build lets one team write the app once. The second store then adds testing on iPhones, Apple’s review and a second listing, not a second app.
Two separate native apps, one in Kotlin and one in Swift, roughly double the build and every future change. They make sense only when each platform needs deep, platform-specific features. A mobile web app can be cheaper for simple forms that are always online, but it cannot store much offline or use Bluetooth devices reliably. Our mobile app development page and the national native versus hybrid comparison cover the trade-offs in more depth.
What do Google Play and the App Store charge to publish an app?
Google Play charges a one-time US$25 registration fee for a developer account. Apple charges US$99 every year for the Apple Developer Program, the same for individuals and organisations, according to Apple’s enrolment page. Neither store charges per app, and both fees are paid by you, from your card, to Google and Apple directly.
Organisation accounts on both stores ask for a D-U-N-S number, a free business identifier from Dun & Bradstreet. It costs nothing but can take time, so we start it in the first week. If Apple’s yearly membership lapses, the app is removed from the App Store until you renew, which is why the renewal date goes on your handover list.
Store commissions apply only to digital goods and services sold inside the app, such as paid content or subscriptions. A spare part, a school fee, a restaurant order or a hotel room is paid through your own payment provider, including UPI, without a store cut. For most Bhiwadi business apps, the store fees are therefore just the two account fees.
How much does it cost to host and run an app each month?
Hosting is a monthly bill from a cloud provider such as AWS, paid from your account, and for a small business app it is usually modest compared with the build. The amount depends on usage, so we size it with you at handover rather than quoting a round figure that may be wrong.
Four things drive it. The number of active users and how often they sync. Photos and documents, which fill storage faster than text. Database size, which grows with years of records. And backups, which we keep daily. An internal app for one plant typically fits a small server; a public app with thousands of users needs more.
- Push notifications through Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging carry no per-message charge
- SMS OTPs are billed per message by the SMS provider, and Indian senders must register sender IDs and templates on a DLT platform under TRAI’s rules
- WhatsApp messages sent through Meta’s Business Platform are billed under Meta’s own rate card
- Maps and location services from Google are billed by usage beyond free limits
- A domain for the app’s website and privacy policy renews yearly
All of these are billed to your accounts, not ours. The cloud hosting setup page for Bhiwadi explains how we size and secure the server.
How much does app maintenance cost after launch?
With BtechWaleTech, maintenance is free for two months after launch and then starts at ₹8,000/mo if you choose to continue. You can also take the code to another developer at any point; nothing ties you to us.
Apps need upkeep even when nobody asks for new features. Google Play raises its required target API level every year, and from 31 August 2026 new apps and updates must target Android 16. Apple sets deadlines for building with its newest SDK, currently Xcode 26 and the iOS 26 SDK for uploads since 28 April 2026. Libraries receive security fixes, certificates expire, and new phone models reveal layout bugs. Skipping all of this for a year usually means a larger, rushed bill when a store deadline arrives.
Maintenance covers those updates, bug fixes, small text or layout changes, backup checks and store compliance. New features, such as another role or a new module, are quoted separately as small projects. For a national view of upkeep budgets, see app maintenance cost in India.
How long does an app take, and how are payments staged?
Most first versions take 6–10 weeks, and payments follow the same milestones, so you never pay far ahead of what you can see and test.
- Week 1: meeting in Bhiwadi, scope and itemised quote; first payment after your written approval
- Weeks 2–3: clickable screen designs you try on your own phone
- Weeks 3–7: build cycles with test builds; a stage payment against a working build
- Weeks 6–8: device testing, Google Play closed testing, TestFlight on iPhone
- Weeks 8–10: store review and release; final payment at launch and handover
Payments are in INR by UPI or bank transfer, and the exact split is written into your quote. Time is money in one specific way: a new personal Google Play account must run a 14-day closed test with at least 12 testers before going public, and Apple’s organisation enrolment can take a while, so both start in the first fortnight.
A national breakdown of timelines by app type is on how long it takes to build an app.
Do Hindi screens, WhatsApp alerts and UPI payments add to the cost?
Each adds a little, and each is usually worth it in Bhiwadi. Hindi screens mean every label and message exists in two languages and every layout is tested in both; built in from the start, that is a small line, while adding it after launch costs more. For a workforce that has moved in from many states, it is often the difference between an app that is used and one that is ignored.
WhatsApp alerts have two costs: the one-time work of connecting the app to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and writing message templates, and the running cost of messages under Meta’s rate card. For order confirmations, dispatch updates and payment reminders, the saving in phone calls usually covers both. Our WhatsApp Business API page explains the setup.
UPI checkout means connecting to a payment provider you choose, handling payment success and failure, and reconciling payments in the admin panel. The provider charges its own transaction fees under its agreement with you. For physical goods and services, no store commission applies on top.
How to compare app quotes, and the red flags in cheap ones
Compare scope first and price second. Lay the quotes side by side and check that each covers the same screens, roles, back end, admin panel, platforms, integrations, testing and support; a quote that is lower only because it leaves out the back end is not cheaper.
- Is the admin panel or back end listed, or silently missing?
- Are both stores included, or only Android with iPhone “later”?
- Whose name will the store accounts and code be in?
- How many months of fixes follow launch, and what does upkeep cost after that?
- Is it custom work, or a resold clone script with your logo?
- Are payments staged against builds you can test, or wanted upfront?
- Does anyone promise downloads or top store rankings? Nobody can guarantee those
Very low quotes often recover their margin later through locked accounts, paid fixes or a forced rebuild. Meeting the builders face to face in Bhiwadi and asking these questions directly usually reveals which quote is solid. Our national page on freelance app developer cost explains why rates vary so much.
What you should own, and how the data stays safe, for the money you pay
Whatever the budget, you should end up owning everything you paid for: the Google Play and Apple developer accounts, the source code in a repository you control, the cloud hosting account, the upload key and certificates, and all the data. With BtechWaleTech these are in your name from the first week, and we join as users.
Security is part of the starting price, not an upsell. Every app gets role-based access, hashed passwords, encrypted connections, daily database backups into your storage and a log of admin actions. If a phone is lost, you disable that user from the admin panel. For apps holding customer data, we collect only what the app needs and fill in Google’s Data safety form and Apple’s App Privacy section accurately.
A complete handover also protects your budget later. With the repository, logins, keys and a list of paid services and renewal dates, any developer can pick the app up without charging you to rebuild what already exists. That is the cheapest insurance against a costly restart.
Worked example: pricing a hypothetical app for a 60-worker Chopanki unit
This scenario is invented to show how a quote is built; it is not a client. Say a 60-worker sheet-metal unit in Chopanki wants to stop losing job cards. Today, each job’s cutting, bending and welding steps are written on paper that travels with the parts, and the owner never knows where an order stands.
At the one-to-one meeting on the shop floor, we would count five screens for supervisors (job list, step update, rejection, photo, pending sync), two roles plus an owner view, one integration (job numbers pulled from the sales order in Tally), no Bluetooth devices, and Android only, since the owner is happy with a web report. The quote would start at the ₹40,000 line and list separate items for offline sync, the Tally link and the owner’s web report.
Running costs would be the US$25 Google Play fee, a small cloud server billed monthly to the unit, and maintenance from ₹8,000/mo after the two free months. Build time around seven weeks. If the owner later wants an iPhone dashboard, it becomes a new line rather than a new app, and production planning software could follow as the next phase.
App development cost for Tapukara, Neemrana, Dharuhera and the wider Bhiwadi belt
Pricing is the same across the belt: the starting lines, the store fees and the maintenance rate do not change by estate or town. A unit in Tapukara, Khushkhera or Ghiloth, a plant in Neemrana’s Japanese Zone, a transporter in Dharuhera or a trader in Tijara all get the same itemised method after a face-to-face meeting in Bhiwadi.
What differs is the scope. BIDA puts Gurugram about 40 km away, so many plants here report to head offices there and want an iPhone view for directors, which adds the Apple line. Distributors covering villages in Mundawar and Kotkasim need offline sync, which adds that line. Our Rewari and Jaipur pages describe what businesses there typically ask for.
