Noida's business mix: IT parks, factories, media and gated societies
Noida was planned as an industrial township in the 1970s and still has its numbered industrial phases, but the city that searches online today is far more mixed. Sector 62 and Sector 63 hold IT services firms, BPOs, electronics traders and hundreds of small software companies. The Expressway sectors host large offices of technology and consulting firms. Phase 2 has garment exporters, electronics assembly and warehouses, and Sector 16A's Film City is home to studios and national news channels.
Around all of this sit some of the densest residential areas in north India: large societies in the 70s, 100s and 130s sectors and in Greater Noida West, each with thousands of households. Those residents create steady demand for clinics, schools, salons, tutors, gyms, pet services, interior designers, packers and movers, and repair services.
So a Noida business usually faces one of two audiences. Either a corporate or overseas buyer who judges you entirely by your website and documentation, or a resident who searches by sector number and picks whoever appears first on Google Maps with good reviews. We build for both, but rarely in the same way.
What a website or web app costs in Noida
Noida quotes range from ₹4,000 template sites sold by freelancers in Sector 63 to agency proposals of several lakh rupees with monthly retainers. Low quotes often skip search setup and keep hosting in the seller's account. High ones often include account managers you will never need. An itemised quote is the only fair way to compare.
Our starting prices are public. A static site of up to 100 pages starts at ₹10,000 and takes one to two weeks. A 299+ page SEO site starts at ₹20,000 and takes three to five weeks. An online store starts at ₹50,000 and takes four to eight weeks. AI automation projects start at ₹40,000. MVPs, SaaS products, portals and custom web apps start at ₹60,000 and usually take six to twelve weeks, depending on scope.
See our pricing page for what each tier includes. We bill nothing until you approve the written quote, and we tell you up front if something is better done with an off-the-shelf tool.
- From ₹10,000: clinics, tutors, salons, consultants, single-location services.
- From ₹20,000: exporters, schools, hospitals, B2B service firms.
- From ₹50,000: D2C apparel, accessories and home brands.
- From ₹60,000: MVPs, SaaS dashboards, vendor portals, internal tools.
MVPs and SaaS products for Noida founders
A large share of Noida's newer companies are software businesses at an early stage: B2B SaaS, edtech, HR tech, logistics tools and agency-turned-product teams. Their first problem is usually not the idea but getting a reliable first version in front of paying users without hiring a full team or burning months on an agency's process.
We build MVPs as proper web applications: user accounts and roles, the core workflow, payments through Razorpay or Stripe where needed, an admin panel, email and WhatsApp notifications, and hosting on AWS or a simpler platform depending on your budget. Another of us handles cloud setup and any AI or data components; one of us builds the application end to end; the third of us keeps scope and timelines honest.
We scope tightly. The first version should prove that customers will use and pay for the product, so we cut features that can wait and write down what was cut. You own the repository, the cloud account and the domain from day one, so you can hire in-house developers later and they can pick up the codebase without us.
Garment exporters and knitwear units in the Phase 2 Hosiery Complex
The Hosiery Complex in Phase 2 spreads across parts of Sectors 83 to 88 and is one of north India's biggest concentrations of garment exporters, knitwear makers, sampling units, printers, embroiderers and trim suppliers. Buyers from Europe and the US, and sourcing agents in Delhi and Gurgaon, shortlist vendors partly on how professional they look online.
An exporter's website should answer a buying house's checklist. We build pages for product categories, fabrics and techniques you handle, monthly capacity you are willing to state, compliance and audit certifications you actually hold, a factory tour with real photographs, and a clear sampling and development process. A private “line sheet” area can let approved buyers see current collections without publishing them openly.
Units making surplus or domestic-market goods can add a wholesale enquiry section for retailers across India, kept separate from the export pages. We never name brands you have supplied unless you have permission to do so, because that is often covered by buyer agreements.
Electronics, mobile components and industrial suppliers
Noida became a major centre for mobile phone and electronics manufacturing over the last decade, with large plants around Sector 81 and Phase 2 and a network of component makers, EMS firms, packaging suppliers, tooling shops and logistics companies around them. Sector 63 and the older industrial phases also hold machine shops, printers and small manufacturers serving these plants.
Suppliers to large manufacturers are judged on documentation. We build sites with product and capability pages, equipment lists, quality systems and certifications you hold, industries served in general terms, a downloadable company profile and an RFQ form that accepts drawings. Vendor registration teams check these details, and a clean site shortens that process.
For firms with many repeat customers, a small portal where clients check order status, download test reports and raise requests can save your sales coordinators a lot of email. Portals start at ₹60,000. We do not claim OEM relationships or approvals you cannot document.
Home services and clinics that live on sector searches
In Noida, people search by sector. “Physiotherapist in Sector 50”, “AC repair Sector 76”, “dance classes Sector 137”, “pet grooming Gaur City”. The results are mostly Google Maps listings, and they depend on your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your distance from the searcher. A clinic in Sector 27 will rarely appear for someone in Sector 150, however good its website is.
For clinics, diagnostic labs, tutors, salons, gyms and home-service firms we build compact sites with service pages, prices or price ranges where you are comfortable publishing them, society and sector coverage, before-and-after work only where it is honest and consented, and booking or callback forms that ping your WhatsApp. Each branch gets its own profile and its own page.
Society residents also trust word of mouth inside RWA WhatsApp groups. A website helps here too: when a neighbour recommends you, the next step is almost always a Google search of your name. If that search shows a clear site, real reviews and working contact details, the recommendation turns into a booking.
Retail, restaurants and brands around Sector 18 and Atta Market
Sector 18 is Noida's main shopping district, with the market lanes, Atta Market, large malls including DLF Mall of India, and dozens of restaurants, cafés and branded outlets. Smaller neighbourhood markets in almost every sector serve daily needs. Competition for attention is intense and much of it happens on phones in the hour before someone goes out.
Restaurants and cafés benefit from a fast menu page, table booking or WhatsApp ordering, event pages and a Google profile with fresh photographs. Retailers need brand and category pages, current offers and clear hours. We avoid heavy image sliders that load slowly on mobile data; a quick, readable page gets more calls.
Local brands selling clothing, home décor, cakes or gifts often outgrow Instagram DMs. A proper online store with UPI checkout, same-day delivery zones by sector or pin code, and order updates on WhatsApp costs from ₹50,000 and keeps orders organised instead of scattered across chats.
Film City in Sector 16A hosts news channels, production houses, post-production studios and media training institutes, with a ring of freelancers, equipment rental firms and event companies nearby. These businesses need portfolio sites with video embedded properly, show reels that load fast, service and rate information, and enquiry forms that capture project details.
Noida also has universities and engineering colleges, including large campuses along the Expressway and in Sector 62, and a wide spread of coaching and skill-training institutes for software, data, design and competitive exams. Students compare them online on placements, faculty, fees and batch timings, and parents check reviews and location.
For institutes we build course pages, faculty profiles, placement or result records published with consent, fee information and a lead form connected to a CRM or WhatsApp. When institutes want recorded classes or test series, we can add a student login rather than pushing you onto a costly platform subscription.
Property dealers, interior designers and the Yamuna Expressway corridor
Few cities change address as often as Noida. Families move from rented flats in the 70s sectors to new towers along the Expressway, companies shift floors between Sector 62 and Sector 132, and interest keeps growing in plots and projects along the Yamuna Expressway towards the Noida International Airport site at Jewar. Each move creates work for brokers, interior designers, modular kitchen firms, packers and movers, and home-automation installers.
These businesses are compared very quickly online. A broker's site should list properties by sector and society with real photographs, carpet area, rent or price and availability date, and it should be easy to update from a phone. Project pages must show UP RERA registration numbers where they apply. We do not publish possession dates, returns or appreciation figures that no one can guarantee.
Interior and renovation firms win work on portfolios. We build project pages organised by flat size and style, each with before-and-after photographs you own, the scope of work, timeline and an honest budget range. A quote-request form that asks for flat size, society and possession date gives your designer enough to call back with a useful first estimate instead of a vague one.
Packers and movers, AC installers and home-automation firms mostly need speed: a clear services page, price guidance, the sectors and societies they cover, and a WhatsApp button that a resident can tap from the lift lobby. Reviews matter more in this category than almost any other, so we set up a simple way to request them after each job.
Local SEO for Noida and Greater Noida searches
Noida searches mix English, Hindi and Hinglish: “Sector 62 me PG”, “Noida Extension me dentist”, “best physiotherapy near Sector 76 metro”. Many people type Greater Noida West, Noida Extension or a society name rather than a sector number, and a good local strategy covers the words people actually use.
We set up or repair your Google Business Profile with the right category, service area, hours and photos, and create location pages on your site for the sectors and societies you genuinely serve. Name, address and phone match everywhere, including Justdial and industry directories. We help you request reviews from real customers and never buy or fake them.
B2B firms need broader SEO focused on services and industries rather than sectors, supported by case studies you are allowed to publish and technical content that answers buyer questions. Monthly SEO starts at ₹10,000 with a plain report each month on what changed and why.
- Google Business Profile per branch with correct service areas
- Location pages for sectors and societies you actually serve
- Hinglish and Hindi phrases where customers use them
- Structured data for services, products, courses and events
- Monthly Search Console report in simple language
AI agents and WhatsApp automation for Noida teams
Noida businesses are often early to try AI, and just as often disappointed by chatbots that answer nothing useful. The problem is usually scope. A narrow assistant that does one job well, with your own documents and a clear handover to a person, beats a general bot that tries to do everything.
Projects start at ₹40,000. Typical builds here include a lead-qualification agent that asks a few questions on WhatsApp and books a sales call, a support assistant that answers from your help documents, a clinic bot that confirms and reminds appointments, a tool that reads purchase orders or invoices and fills a sheet, and internal assistants that search company documents. Another of us builds the AI and data parts on AWS or other providers depending on cost and privacy needs.
Every conversation is logged, sensitive data is handled carefully, and pricing, refunds, medical advice and contract terms stay with people. If a process is too irregular for automation, we will tell you before you spend money on it.
A remote team, even though you are in the NCR
We do not have an office in Noida, and we will not list a co-working address as if it were one. We are three engineers working remotely across India. For many Noida clients that is familiar already, since their own teams work hybrid and meet on calls.
After an initial call, you receive a scope document, timeline and itemised quote within about two working days. After written approval, you get a staging link early, usually in the first week or two, and progress updates on WhatsApp or your preferred tool. Web apps are built in short milestones with a demo at each. We work on IST and reply seven days a week.
One of us leads full-stack development, another of us handles AI, machine learning, AWS and data engineering, and the third of us manages projects and builds data science and automation workflows. You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages.
Repository, cloud accounts and maintenance you control
For a startup, code ownership is not a detail; investors and future hires will ask where the code lives and who controls the cloud account. For an exporter or clinic, the risk is simpler: a domain registered by an old vendor and a website nobody can edit.
We create the repository, domain, hosting and cloud accounts in your company's name, or transfer them to you at launch with all credentials, the full source code and short technical documentation. You can bring in your own developers or another agency at any time without asking us.
Maintenance is free for two months after launch and covers content updates, bug fixes, dependency and security updates, backups and uptime monitoring. After that it continues from ₹8,000 a month, or you contact us only when needed. Tell us what you are building and we will send a scope and quote.
